Where Would We Be Without Them! The Orcas Island Farm to Cafeteria Program is funded entirely by the community through private donations through the Orcas Island Education Foundation (OIEF) and grants through the Orcas Island Community Foundation (OICF.) We are also reaching out for any other state, federal and private grant opportunities for which we may qualify. We are also blessed with incredible, talented community members and parents who graciously volunteer their time in the cafeteria, the classroom, on the farms and in the garden.
